Statement to voters
Hello.
Full statement
I have lived in the Market Bosworth Division for over 20 years now – I can honestly state that it feels like ‘home’. We all live an a beautiful part of the country and we need to keep it that way.
I spent over 20 years as a manager in large multi-national firms and then over 20 years as Senior Lecturer in universites in the UK.
I am semi-retired now and I want to spend more time working with people in the community to help to improve the quality of their lives and ensure that the people of this Division get the services that they deserve. We pay a significant amount in Council Tax, and it is my overarching mission to see that we get value for money.
My aim is to bring common sense back to the Council and improve people’s lives.
