Every party has promised so much and delivered nothing because every time it matters some other areas agenda makes us second best.
We’ve seen it on housing plans, road repairs, schools funding and especially SEND provision, levelling up, doctors and healthcare, leisure, public transport, youth engagement and a hundred other areas where other towns do so much better.
I know you all know that…you live with it every single day.
And those making all the decisions without ever asking our community what we want or even replying to emails asking why this is happening?
Let alone backing our requests for a country park on Misk hills.
land that’s always been our little place of sanctuary from a world that increasingly doesn’t care ..
Time and again we’ve had election promises only for the rug to be pulled from under us by people who don’t live here, never come here or even have one iota of understanding of the impact of the arbitrary decisions they make on our behalf.
And yet we fight on..when our voices are silenced and our pleas ignored..we still fight.
That’s the thing I’m most proud of in our community ❤️
I didn’t want to stand in any election if I’m perfectly honest..
But I see no alternative now..
People who should have answered the thousand questions we’ve all asked them in the last four years and should have changed their plans and actually delivered what’s best for a community they claim to be empowering
But they didn’t.
That’s why I am standing as YOUR truly independent candidate on may the first.

And I need your support…because it matters!
Your voice matters!
Because everything is changing with the council reorganisation and unless we have a voice in that that’s not influenced or controlled by someone else’s party agenda..
you will have even less of a voice than you currently have..if that’s humanly possible.
So please vote for your only truly independent voice on may 1st.
