I’m Elisa Perna – a proud Northamptonshire resident for over 30 years, and just like you, I care deeply about our community. That’s why I’m standing to be a strong, independent voice for Higham Ferrers.

I bring a common-sense approach, not party politics. I’m passionate, determined, and not afraid to stand up for what’s right. Whether it’s tackling potholes, reducing anti-social behaviour, or challenging unfair council tax increases—I will act on the issues that matter to you.

I believe in sensible, limited development that truly benefits Higham, and I will firmly oppose any excessive or unwanted construction that threatens our town’s character.

With experience running a business and helping others succeed, I know how to listen, how to lead, and how to get things done.
