Mark Gibbons's policies
Statement to voters
I am standing as an independent candidate for Looe East & Deviock in the Cornwall Council local elections on May 1st 2025.
Full statement
I have been a Parish Councillor for eight years, including the last four as Chair of Deviock Parish Council. During this time, I’ve worked closely with Armand Toms, your outgoing Cornwall Councillor, and I’ve seen first-hand his dedication to our community.
Like Armand, I care deeply about this area and am committed to standing up for the interests of local residents. That’s why I’m standing as an independent candidate – because I believe that local issues should be addressed with action and community focus, not party politics.
I can effectively represent and support the residents of Looe East & Deviock as we face the changes and challenges of the coming years, and I would be grateful for your support in the Cornwall Council elections on May 1st!
