Statement to voters
A FRESH NEW VOICE WHO WILL WORK HARD FOR OUR COMMUNITY Cornwall is going to the polls to elect councillors to serve on the unitary authority for the next four years.

Duncan Paul is standing for Mebyon Kernow – the Party for Cornwall, which is a
political party with a difference. MK is based here in Cornwall and exists to win a
better deal for all the people of Cornwall. MK has no political masters in
Westminster to please and we believe that local people know what is best for
Cornwall.
Duncan says: “I would consider it to be a massive privilege to represent
Penzance East on Cornwall Council and, if elected, I will always prioritise what is
needed in our communities. I am not interested in playing political games or
reporting to a party HQ in London or indeed a ‘regional’ HQ east of the Tamar.”
Duncan is also standing for election to Penzance Town Council.
