My two children and two grandchildren now live in the Talavera Ward, so this community’s well-being is deeply personal to me. Over the years, I’ve witnessed a steady decline in the area—despite repeated appeals to our current councillors and MPs for support, little has changed. That’s why I’ve decided to step up and stand as a candidate—to take action and be the change our community needs.

My vision is built on sustainability, fairness, and community-led progress. I’m committed to improving our area through practical, people-first solutions. This includes investing in renewable energy, supporting local food producers, improving public transport, and protecting the green spaces that make our community special. These steps will not only reduce our environmental footprint but also strengthen our local economy.

I’ll also fight for affordable housing, better access to healthcare, and high-quality education—because no one in our community should be left behind. I believe in participatory democracy, where local voices are heard and decisions are made transparently and inclusively.
