Statement to voters
Having called Salisbury home for more than four decades (and played cricket at Lower Bemerton for almost half that time), I’ve developed deep roots and a unique insight into our community’s challenges. As a Salisbury business owner, I’ve witnessed with growing frustration how rising council taxes have outpaced wage growth, leaving residents worse off, while public funds are squandered on ill-conceived vanity projects and bureaucratic waste. The status quo isn’t working for Salisbury. I’m standing in the local elections because our historical city deserves better stewardship of public money and more responsible governance.
