Statement to voters

I have been living in St Edmund’s for over 20 years, moving from Bournemouth.

Full statement

During that time I have been working as a Guard on the Railway. I believe it is important to reduce waste while improving vital infrastructure, such as potholes and public toilets. The problems of petty crime and anti-social behaviour have steadily been getting worse in the city, especially in the vicinity of the library. I would suggest that the availability of police cells locally rather than the closest ones being in Melksham would at the least constitute a deterrent. I would also like to see what could be done to bring the ducks back to the Maltings. This used to be a nice place to bring children so they could feed them. It enhanced the atmosphere, and now, for some reason, they seem to have disappeared.
