I hope to honour his memory by carrying out the role to the best of my ability in the Ward he had represented.

I am a do-er and I always make sure that all the things I get involved with are practical and helpful. It is my way of giving back to the community that has made me very welcome.

I am very honoured to have been selected and, elected, I promise to serve you to the best of my ability - I am a hands-on person and that is how I intend to work as your Councillor.

I have a number of things I hope to achieve in the Wilmslow Lacey Green and Styal and I hope residents will feel free to contact and tell me what matters to them.

I will work to re-instate the bus service back through the Lacey Green estate and a similar service back to Styal.

Cheshire East has government money for road repairs. We need to see some of that spent in this area as the roads and pavements are desperately in need of repair.

Bin collections are erratic throughout the Ward and I will work to get us a better service.

Styal has an issue with unauthorised airport parking and I will work with the Parish Council to support they have been doing to push back on that.

I plan to create a new 'Community Grant scheme' to help residents improve the areas they are passionate about and additional defibrillators installed throughout the Wilmslow Lacey Green and Styal as it makes such a significant difference to survival rate when someone suffers a cardiac arrest.

I am hoping residents will put their faith in me to help make Wilmslow Lacey Green and Styal the best it can be.
