Scotland's people deserve a future with opportunities for all, where kindness, hard work, and ambition lead to great outcomes. With a Labour government now in Westminster, we have a unique opportunity to energise the ambition for Scotland too.

I am a qualified accountant with over 25 years’ experience as a business leader and board director across manufacturing, oil & gas, livestock auctioning, property investment, commercial law, and financial services. These enterprises were substantial, but notably, they supported small and medium sized businesses, which account for nearly 60% of all jobs in Scotland. My experience extends to working with, and influencing, regulators, policy makers, and sector bodies. For over 24 years, my husband and I have lived in the constituency, where we raised our four children.
