I am an entrepreneur, a community activist, and a resident who is passionate about the future of our area. Like many of you, I'm frustrated with a system where residents are ignored and our community's potential is held back. I am running as a truly independent candidate because my only loyalty is to you, the residents of Ayr North.

My pledges aren't just empty promises; they are a direct response to the issues you have already identified in the official Ayr North Place Plan. My goal is to deliver real, practical change that puts our community first.

My Five Key Pledges for Ayr North

Residents in Full Control: I will ensure you have the final say on how community money is spent by championing residents' associations, ending the era of decisions made with "no consultation whatsoever."

Excellent Council Housing & Services: I will fight to end the council's culture of broken promises on housing repairs. I'll demand high-quality, timely maintenance and hold the council accountable for poor standards.

Investing in Health & Wellbeing: I will push for investment in better recreational and sports facilities to promote good mental health and provide positive alternatives that help reduce the harms from alcohol and drugs.

Pride in Our Streets & Safer Roads: I will demand the full resurfacing of our local roads and ensure pavements are safe and accessible for everyone, especially those with disabilities.

Backing Local Business & Creating Opportunity: I will tackle the "Ayr North Paradox" by establishing an Ayr North Opportunity Hub, creating pathways to better-paying local jobs and supporting our own entrepreneurs.
