My name is Kelly O'Donnell, I grew up in Bethel, and I have raised four children here in the village.

I have deep roots in the community and a passion for the area in which we live.

I have a fire in my heart for improving our area and am determined to ensure the best for the people of Bethel and Felinheli.

I will use my decades of experience from being part of community groups and committees in Bethel in order to deliver on behalf of both communities.

There are only 18 months left in this term so we need someone who can start building better communities straight away. As I work part-time I can invest my energy and dedicate myself to this job.

Bethel Community

• Finish the cycle lane to Caernarfon
• Request permission to create a cycle lane from Bethel to Llanrug
• Improvements to Bro Rhos playground
• Continue to work with community projects
• More dog waste bins in the village

Felinheli

• Having a safe road crossing from Y Wern and Ger y Nant to the school
• Collaborate with the council to ensure that second homes are managed appropriately
• Being a member of the school governors to ensure that the residents' voices are heard
• Use my experience of community work to support projects in the community
• Make sure there are enough dog waste bins and council support to keep the area tidy.

Experience in the Community

• Chairman of Bethel Memorial Hall - An extremely successful village hall with over twelve different organizations using it weekly
• Founder and chairperson of Mish Mash Mehefin community festival
• Decades of experience working in the community
• Volunteering at several events in the area
