Wing was born and raised in Milton Keynes and comes from a long-standing local family business, giving her a clear understanding of the community and how the city has developed. She is a Chartered Marketer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR), with a professional background in communications, marketing and strategic planning across multiple sectors.

Wing is multilingual, speaking English and Cantonese, which allows her to connect with a wider range of residents and ensure more people feel heard and included in local conversations.

In her professional career, Wing has worked with organisations to improve how they communicate, engage communities and deliver clear, practical outcomes. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Chartered Institute of Marketing South East, supporting regional professionals and helping to shape industry standards.

Wing is actively involved in community work, including volunteering with a campaign tackling racism and supporting initiatives that bring people together. She focuses on practical local priorities, including protecting green spaces, improving road conditions and making streets safer.

Wing is community-minded, puts residents first and takes action on the issues that matter locally. She is visible in Broughton and Moulsoe, speaking to residents, reporting issues and working to get them resolved.
