I was born and raised in Westoe, and it’s where my heart will always be. After studying to become a teaching assistant at South Tyneside College, I spent over a decade working in education, specialising in special needs. I understand the importance of strong, inclusive education, and I will always fight for better funding to ensure every child has the support they deserve. Recently I made a career change and now help people with their housing and neighbourhood needs, making a difference in their community every day.”

Westoe deserves more. For too long, some areas have been overlooked, with more affluent parts receiving priority for things like parks and barriers, while other communities have fallen behind. I believe in governing with care, putting people first, and ensuring all areas of Westoe receive equal attention and resources. Together, we can build a future where everyone has the chance to succeed”
