I’m standing because I believe local politics should focus on the issues people deal with every single day — not point scoring or party politics.
When I speak to residents, the same concerns keep coming up:
• Potholes damaging cars and making roads unsafe
• Litter and pride in our local environment
• Crime and public drug use affecting how safe people feel in town
• Parking frustrations for residents and local businesses
• Attracting new businesses and investment into Sleaford
These aren’t abstract political debates — they’re quality of life issues.
I believe in practical, long-term solutions:
✔ Properly planned road maintenance, not temporary fixes
✔ Working with police and community groups to make our town safer
✔ Prevention, early intervention and support where it’s needed
✔ Supporting local traders and making Sleaford somewhere businesses want to invest
✔ Taking pride in our public spaces
My background is in risk, safety and long-term planning. I care about evidence, accountability and doing things properly — not just doing them quickly.
If elected, I’ll listen, respond and work constructively for the good of Sleaford.
