Noel has lived in the Upminster area for over 40 years, a former owner of the towns original gelato parlour, Caffe Gelato, from 2015-20. A well known member of the business community for those years he is now out & about with Waitrose, keeping branches standards high. A family man with 3 grown up children, it’s organic gardening that keeps him busy now. With several elderly relatives to shop & watch out for life is never quiet.
