Born in Hillingdon and raised in Ealing, Ragveer has lived in the
London Borough of Hounslow for over three decades, building deep local roots and a strong understanding of the community they serve.
Ragveer is currently studying at university to strengthen their understanding of legal, social
and policy issues. This ongoing learning reflects a long‑standing commitment to fairness, justice and ensuring that residents who are often overlooked receive the support they deserve. Ragveer’s political involvement began in 2010 when they stood as a Conservative candidate in the local elections. Since then, Ragveer has remained active in local politics,
working closely with councillors, party members and community organisations. They also use social media as a tool to highlight disability rights, raise awareness of local challenges and stay connected with residents across the borough. In the voluntary sector, Ragveer serves as Chairman of a charity supporting children with additional needs and their families. Through this work, they help provide essential guidance, practical support and reliable information to families navigating complex challenges. Ragveer also chairs a community food bank that distributes surplus supermarket food to disabled adults, elderly residents, low‑income households and
homeless individuals across London and Surrey. Operating seven days a week through a
dedicated team of volunteers, the service has become a vital lifeline for many.
Over the years, Ragveer has assisted thousands of residents facing difficulties related to housing, benefits, homelessness, council tax and financial hardship. Their hands‑on experience, compassion and commitment to public service continue to guide their mission: ensuring every resident is listened to, respected and supported.
