Statement to voters

For 25 years, Scotland has endured high spending and declining outcomes. Despite a steady increase in taxes, hard-working families face rising costs, failing public services and stagnant economic growth.

With a background is in investment and financial management, including as an economic policy advisor at the Bank of England, I believe Scotland’s current challenges are the result of poor fiscal management and misguided policies.

I am standing to help Reform UK dislodge the SNP and bring about change – restoring economic growth, creating well-paid jobs, and ensuring Scotland has the resources to deliver high-quality public services once again.

This statement was added by Pal Chidambaram, their team, or by a Democracy Club volunteer, based on information published by the candidate elsewhere.
