By setting deadline on the SNP government, to hold the independence ballot in 2026. No excuses & no asking London for permission.Only after leaving the UK, can we build new infrastructure that invests the enormous collateral of our national energy resources.

I intend to start that transformation, by creating a National Energy Company, to provide domestic power & gas at cost price. This would create 1000s of long term careers, for our educated young generation.

I also want my Scottish Govt to invest in a National Wind/Solar/Electric civilian shipbuilding company. This would offer 1000s of new shipbuilding careers, outside of UK warship construction.

To ensure fast, efficient transport of people & goods, I support totally resurfacing every km of Scotland's road infrastructure. This would require the creation of a PERMANENT Road Replacement & Maintenance Agency, creating 1000s of lifelong careers.

Scotland also lacks both an oil refinery & a steelworks / rolling mill - both vital to our future, indigenous wind power industry. Giving yet more 1000s of skilled jobs for our new generation.

Our country is desperately in need of complete modernization & developing Self Sufficiency; in food, beverages, fishing, farming, tourism, railways, cycling, hill walking, water sports, historical buildings, manufacturing & natural energy resources.
