Statement to voters
"Right now feels like a time where people are looking for change, and I see that as an opportunity to do things a bit differently at a local level.
Full statement
I’m particularly focused on the everyday things that make a real difference to people’s lives.
I also care about supporting vulnerable people. How we look after those who need support, including older members of our community, says a lot about who we are.
Growing up in the area gave me a strong sense of community. We know we have something good here, and we want to keep it that way. What unites us all is a genuine care for our community, our environment and each other, and that is something I am passionate about building on."
This statement was added by Jess Coleman, their team, or by a Democracy Club volunteer, based on information published by the candidate elsewhere.
