George has been a Farnham Town Councillor and Waverley Borough Councillor for South Farnham since first being elected in 2023.

He lives in the Bourne and is currently the Town Mayor, actively supporting organisations across Farnham.
With a professional background in the hospitality sector, George understands people, thrives on community engagement and genuinely enjoys meeting residents. He takes his duties seriously and has been a strong advocate for local groups, regularly speaking in the chamber for greater transparency, cooperation and for national parties to set aside tribal differences to achieve the best outcomes for Farnham.
If elected, he will continue to be a clear voice for ensuring that decisions affecting the town are made in Farnham, not in distant offices in Woking, Camberley or Guildford.
His priorities for the new Unitary Council are:
• Working with other members to build effective alliances that deliver real, positive change for Farnham
• Being a strong, consistent voice in the chamber for decisions that protect and strengthen the town
