By 23 he was Marketing Director at BSA Group, managing a large support team. Left at 27 and founded an audio-visual production company, growing it and finally bought out by a publicly quoted international advertising group, later appointed as Deputy Chairman responsible for 8,000 employees across 45 countries.
He worked with major global brands, overseeing PR and advertising at the highest level including the launch of political parties and radio stations including LBC and Capital Radio.

Married to Susan for 60 years, with children and grandchildren, Leon was fortunate to have experienced decades of leadership, commercial acumen and financial discipline. If elected, he would appreciate the opportunity to apply my business experience to ensure Barnet Council delivers full value for money, strong oversight and professional management to his valued fellow residents.
