About Brian Capaloff
For most of my professional life I have worked within different local authorities, both in England and Scotland, mostly in a homelessness role, and am absolutely committed to what councils can do for the more vulnerable people within their communities.Full statement
What Brian stands for
I have been frustrated by many aspects of the housing/ homelessness work undertaken by the council, whilst being full of admiration for a highly committed, but constrained staff. I am standing with an intention to ensure that the Council fully and effectively enacts its housing responsibilities to those of us in the greatest need.
