I am standing for the Green Party as a candidate for Greenford Broadway.

I decided to become a more active supporter the local Green Party in Ealing after seeing their work campaigning against children’s centre closures and for the protection of our important green spaces.
As a legal aid lawyer for many years, I saw the impact of decades of austerity, the hostile environment for migrants, poor air quality and unaffordable, unfit housing. I believe in the power of local communities coming together to make a change. One of the
ways to do that is through our local councillors.As a councillor my priorities would be cleaner air, safer travel and protecting community and green spaces.
