Kim Spickett's policies

Statement to voters

I live and work in the borough and attended the University for the Creative Arts in Ashley Road.

Full statement

As a borough councillor, I serve on Health Liaison, the H.R. Panel, Epsom & Walton Downs Conservators, and the Communities and Wellbeing committee. I’m Borough Heritage Champion, raising the profile of our history and supporting local and national charities through military band events at Epsom Playhouse.
My background is producing educational material for healthcare workers. This shapes my commitment to wellbeing, carers, and inclusive information for all ages. I listen, focus on practical solutions, and fight for independent, residents-first decision-making.
I have always enjoyed the countryside - I learned to ride here! I’m a volunteer water quality monitor with our local rivers’ trust - and recently, I successfully campaigned to create a new nature reserve in the borough.
