I’m Catherine, and I joined Reform because I’m dismayed by the damage
caused by successive governments, both nationally and locally. Their lack of
care has impacted daily life and the places we call home.
Overdevelopment of our green spaces without proper scrutiny harms our
wildlife and environment. Rising anti-social behaviour and a limited police
presence weakens our sense of community. Our High Street struggles with
constant turnover, driven by high business rates and a lack of clear direction.
The suspension of birthing services at Crowborough Hospital has also
caused real concern for local families.
East Sussex must stand proud. I will serve Crowborough North and Jarvis
Brook with the residents, listening and working together to restore common
sense, community spirit, and above all accountability.
