My background is rooted in a passion for wildlife and a drive to fix the socio-economic issues that often get ignored. I am not all about party politics — I am interested in getting things right for this community.

Protecting Green Belt Land

Ash is under constant pressure from developers. I will firmly oppose any building on Green Belt. These spaces are the lungs of the village and once they are gone, we cannot get them back. I want to see local parks and Parish-managed land turned into proper nature corridors, using wildflower planting and better land management to bring biodiversity back to the heart of Ash.

Housing that Works for Locals

When developers try to build here, I will push for greener social housing. We need homes that are actually affordable to heat and built to last, rather than just hitting a quota. I will be a loud voice for ensuring any new projects include the infrastructure and green space that Ash actually needs.

If elected, I would focus on:

• Keeping council tax money in the local economy by using local labour rather than expensive outside contractors
• Lobbying the County Council to ensure families get the SEND support their children deserve
• Making sure repairs and upkeep across the village are done to a standard we can all be proud of
