I am standing because as a local I am fully aware of the issues that affect the lives of each of us every day and if elected I will do my part to address those most important to you.

I work in a special needs school and see firsthand how beneficial having the right resources in place can be for children and their families. I also study at Merrist Wood which is right here in the area and that connection to this community matters to me deeply.

What I will work towards

If elected I will:

• Work to ensure that SEND provisions in our schools are properly funded and supported. Parents of children with special educational needs should not have to fight tooth and nail for even small amounts of help. I will work to make sure that support is there where it is needed and adapted to the needs of each child and their family
• Seek to help our communities grow closer together again by tackling anti-social behaviour and providing more community initiatives and leisure options such as sports, arts and culture events
• Work to give greater support to our key workers
• Push to improve access to sustainable energy through green skills training and building the right infrastructure

I love this area and I want to play my part in making it the best it can be for everyone who lives here.
