I work as a management consultant and I volunteer as a supporter of carers in Cranleigh, something I feel privileged to do.

I joined the Green Party last year because I could see clearly that their policies on growing inequality are fundamental to turning things around. I see that inequality every day in the cost of living crisis and in the struggles of the carers I support. Too many opportunities for our communities and the people in them have been squandered by short-term thinking. I want to start making decisions that think bigger and longer term and build resilience to the challenges we are all facing together.

What I will fight for

If elected I will:

• Tackle growing inequality and its impact on the cost of living
• Support and properly resource carers in our community
• Protect and restore our natural environment by promoting habitat restoration and creating nature corridors
• Ensure we have the right people in place to manage our land for all of us
• Make sure our council runs in a way that is ethical and sustainable and works for everyone
