I’m standing as your local Green Party candidate because I want to see our community unite around common-sense policies that benefit everyone who lives here.

I have deep roots in this community. I grew up here, went to school here and have worked in Surrey all my life. It’s where I’ve built my life and where I care most about the future of our communities.

Surrey is my cycling playground. I know its roads and climbs like the back of my hand, and there is nowhere else in the UK I enjoy cycling more. Spending time across our towns, villages and countryside has shown me both what makes this area special and where practical improvements are needed.

My priorities

• Roads and potholes The state of our roads comes up again and again on the doorstep. Potholes are a major issue, often made worse by poor-quality repairs and expensive outside contractors. I want to see better standards, stronger accountability, and road repairs that last.

• Protecting local assets As local government changes, I want to make sure public assets stay in public hands and that communities have a stronger voice in the decisions that affect them.

• Community investment I want to support local investment that strengthens neighbourhoods, builds resilience, and helps fund community projects for the benefit of local people.

I’m standing because I believe Surrey deserves practical local leadership, long-term thinking, and a greener future that works for everyone.
