Statement to voters
I am writing to introduce myself as your Conservative candidate for Fenstanton & Hilton in the forthcoming district council election.
Full statement
I have lived in Fenstanton for almost 30 years and am an active member of the community, currently Chair of Fenstanton Parish Council and a Parent Governor at our school.
I am a firm believer in working to make things better for all residents, actively taking part in trying to resolve issues and not just complaining from the sidelines.
It was this attitude that lead me to join Fenstanton Parish Council, stand as Chair when needed and become a school governor.
This is the approach that I would like to bring to Huntingdonshire District Council.
I am standing on a platform of accountability, sensible planning, and strong, visible local representation — focused on protecting the character of our villages, ensuring infrastructure keeps pace with development, and improving day-to-day council services.
I hope that on May 7th you will do me the honour of electing me as your representative on the district council.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and please feel free to stop me and ask questions when you see me about in the villages.
