Statement to voters
I'm Luke and my life has been somewhat of a minor miracle.
Full statement
I was diagnosed with Disabled when I was 5 years old and I was never expected to achieve much in life, but I have surprised everybody and now I have a good life working as a software developer. My life experience, and membership of the Family Education Trust, makes me a unique candidate to tackle the mental health crisis and the many problems in our country, I will work to improve the teaching of computing and inspire young people. I know how vital transport is for young disabled people to have a social life and of course, public transport is also vital for employment and the wider economy of Suffolk too.
Politics is about winning friends and influencing people and through my involvement with the Suffolk Association of Local Councils and Chatham House, I can confidently say that I am a candidate who can influence decisions that matters to Suffolk.
