I’m proud to be the only candidate in this election who actually lives in the ward and experiences the same day-to-day issues as local residents.

My campaign is built on action, not promises. I started as a volunteer “litter hero” four years ago, tackling the growing waste problem in Greengate following rapid development. Since then, I’ve worked consistently to improve our area—leading campaigns that secured CCTV in Blackfriars Park, pushing for increased police action on anti-social behaviour, and holding the council to account on road repairs and infrastructure.

I currently serve on the East Salford budget and highways committee, where I’ve successfully pushed for urgent action on potholes and road conditions across the ward.

Like many residents, I’m frustrated that despite significant new council tax revenues from local developments, our area has seen little reinvestment. We still face poor road conditions, litter problems, empty retail units, and a lack of essential services like GP and dental provision.

I’m standing for election to change that.

My priorities are simple: cleaner streets, safer neighbourhoods, and proper investment in Blackfriars & Trinity. I believe our community deserves better—and I have a proven track record of getting results.
