Prioritising the climate and biodiversity crises in all council decision-making;
2. Fighting to support companion animals and their owners through the cost-of-living crisis;
3. Campaigning for wildlife tunnels or native hedging in all new planning applications;
4. Pushing back against environmentally destructive development;
5. Working to enhance local biodiversity & protect healthy trees and hedgerows;
6. Promoting healthy & sustainable plant-based food and drink in public settings;
7. Encouraging ethical and sustainable businesses to make a home in our area;
8. Opposing the use of herbicides and pesticides by the council;
9. Tackling fly-tipping and similar practices;
10. Protecting open spaces and promoting recreational facilities.
