Hello, I am standing to be your councillor in Broad Green because I want to continue making things better for all of us. I have lived in Croydon for over 20 years and there are so many things I love, including our strong community, but I know things need to change.
We need cleaner streets, safe spaces for everyone and a town centre we can be proud of again.
I previously worked as a SEND Teaching Assistant on London Road and supported organisations tackling youth violence through mentoring and educational programmes. I will make sure young people’s voices are heard in council decision making.
Working in a Business Improvement District to make our streets feel more welcoming and well run has taught me how to make real improvements happen. I want to work with residents, businesses, and partners to bring that same change to Broad Green.
