Statement to voters
My main points are trying to combat increasing antisocial behaviour and crime , town planning and its inefficiency, wasteful spending by councils , flytipping and general rubbish on streets creating an unhealthy environment and example for children, more long term planning rather than short term ineffective vote grabbing wasteful projects.
