Statement to voters
I am standing as your Green Party candidate for Braintree Town, to make sure local people’s voices are heard and respected.

I will push for proper support for children and young people with special educational needs, stand up for minority groups and LGBTQ+ rights. Fight to protect our environment for future generations. I believe companies must be held to account for pollution, not let off the hook. Our town centre deserves better transport links and fairer parking charges, so that it can truly flourish. We need genuinely affordable homes for local people, not just luxury homes for the few, we should build on unused and under used industrial land — not by sacrificing our green spaces. As your councillor for Braintree Town, I will put people, equality and the environment at the heart of all my efforts.
