I’ve spent it working in business, solving problems, managing teams, and being accountable for results. Over time, like many people, I’ve found myself increasingly concerned about the direction things are going and the impact that is having at a local level.
I’ve also faced my own personal health challenges in recent years, which has given me a very real understanding of how much people rely on services working properly and being there when they are needed.
Like many of you, I care about where I live. I want Gosforth to be a place where services are reliable, streets are well looked after, and people feel safe in their own community.
Speaking to residents across the area, a few things come up time and again:
• People want to be listened to
• They want to see where their money is going
• They want to feel safe in their homes and neighbourhoods
• And they want action — not just promises
That’s exactly what I stand for.
Clear, accountable spending.
Better, more consistent local services.
And a councillor who is present, listens, and follows things through — with a focus on delivery, not just promises.
