I m a mom of three adults and known for my artistic creative work in costume.design, and work as a church and community manager in Tottenham Hale.
From the time I was old enough to vote, I have always felt a strong urge to serve my community in the best way I knew how. By participating in and organising local community events and projects ,by sign posting, giving advice fellow parents , by sitting as parent school governor at Seven Sisters Primary for 14years and Hornsey Girls for 4 years, by being a local advocate and assisting in practical ways where I could. I have always felt it my civil duty to vote at elections. I have long felt a strong affinity with the Conservative Party, from the time they made it possible for me to own my own business and home as a young person at 21yrs old through the 0% mortgage scheme. They helped me again through the bounce back loan during COVID.
They have always promoted financial self empowerment, through self employment .They recognised the benefits of encouraging young people to become budding entrepreneurs , which in in itself promotes financial stability at a younger age inspiring many of them to give back to their communities in various ways . I pledge to continue working for our community as I have always been, and be an advocate for our young people. Electing me your local counsellor may assist me to access resources to serve our community even more effectively.
