I’m Tony Hogben, a local resident, businessman and community campaigner who has proudly served as a District Councillor for over a decade.

My family and I live locally and run Horsham Swim School, where we teach hundreds of local children every week to swim safely and confidently. Running a local business gives me a real understanding of the pressures facing families, businesses and community groups.

I am honoured to have served as Cabinet Member and Deputy Leader of Horsham District Council. I have also completed the Local Government Association Leadership Programme at Warwick University. Combined with over a decade of experience as a councillor, I believe this gives me strong local knowledge and practical experience.

I’m standing with Reform because I believe in common-sense policies, protecting our local communities and putting residents first.

If elected to West Sussex County Council, I will stand up for local people and work hard for our community
