Mike Roberts's policies
Statement to voters
I was born and raised in Coventry and have had a long career in music and music education.
Full statement
During the eighties I had some chart success with Cov band ‘King’ and spent most of the 90’s running the Depot Studios audio dept for Coventry City Council. I then ran Warwickshire County Council’s Contemporary and Popular music department for ten years. Having lived on a narrowboat for 14 years I have now retired.
I truly believe that principles of compassion, hope and empathy for our environment and everyone in it provide a sound basis for action, and that that action should stand in opposition to those who seek to divide and undermine our communities.
