Statement to voters
I’ve lived in Bowthorpe for over two decades and feel deeply for the community that I live in.

I am standing for election in Bowthorpe as I want to offer a real, hopeful alternative to the traditional two-party system that has compassion and grassroots organisation at its core. I’ve spent my adult life working in health and social care, including at the NNUH, St Martins Housing Trust, New Routes Integration and as a frontline worker during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2026, life is hard for so many; expensive bills, inefficient services, inadequate mental health support, benefit cuts for the unwell and disabled, a crumbling NHS and no new social and council housing. If elected, I would like to support those struggling with the cost of living, tackle antisocial behaviour, advocate for residents regarding the future of the ward and protect and promote local green spaces, such as the Bowthorpe Marsh and Bowthorpe Southern Park.
A vote for me is a vote for a local girl who genuinely cares about those around her and who will always call out corruption, collusion and injustice.
