Kevin has served the people of Stanway and Pyefleet Division since 2009.

He prides himself in working hard to resolve matters for residents and the villages he looks after. This is a very large rural Division with an expanding urban area of Stanway and Kevin spends a great deal of time helping new residents who have moved into Stanway as well as attending regularly the various parish council meetings on a monthly basis. He is very accessible to residents by phone, e-mail, social media and good old fashion letters. In his near 12 years of service he has helped to achieve many projects for his residents as well as help them with individual matters. He is currently Deputy Leader of Essex County Council and Cabinet Member for Infrastructure. With your support he will carry on his work to serve the people in his Division.

Kevin is also up for reelection for Colchester Borough Council where he represents the Marks Tey and Layer ward. These elections were originally due to be held in May 2020 but were postponed due to coronavirus to this May.
