RICHARD EARLE is Gosport born and bred. Richard has lived and worked in Gosport all his life. First elected as an Elson Ward Councillor in 2016, Richard currently serves on Gosport Council’s Community Board; Regulatory Board; and Climate Change Board. He is the Liberal Democrat Group spokesperson on Planning issues. Richard and his partner Debbie have brought up three children. Richard works as a self-employed Decorator having previously owned a Driving School. He’s a keen environmentalist and likes his real ales.
