I’m a musician from North Yorkshire and a lecturer at Leeds Conservatoire. I joined the Yorkshire Party after 10 years with Labour, because Yorkshire needs it’s own regional Parliament and the mainstream parties are happy to keep power in London.
At work I’m a union rep for UCU, and I’m passionate about housing, public services, sport, and the arts - all of which would benefit greatly from As well as being a musician, I’m a huge football fan and a veteran amateur centre-half! Let’s show Sunak and the rest of Westminster that Yorkshire won’t settle for second best.
