Qaisar Abbas is Conservative Councillor for West Thurrock and South Stifford Ward with a great track record of delivering projects.

He is standing again in this election along-with Elena Pelin. Both live in the West Thurrock and South Stifford Ward and understand the local issues. With Qaisar’s experience and Elena’s fresh perspective, they will work hard to improve Local Services. Qaisar and Elena will always be ready to listen, respond and act on what matter most to you and ensure that improvements benefit everyone in this area and no one is left behind.
