Phil is a health and safety professional and is used to holding businesses to account on safety issues.
He lives in Rodborough and has been on the Parish Council for 15 years, including four years as chair when he oversaw community hall and playing field improvements.
He currently chairs the Parish Council’s Climate Emergency Working Group. He is passionate about improving the safety of children walking to school and of cyclists, as well as supporting local small businesses.
