Statement to voters
I am honoured to be standing as Scottish Conservative and Unionist candidate for the election to be held on Thursday 4th May.
I understand the concerns of local people and business a like. Amongst several issues, residents are concerned with the state of roads which are riddled with potholes and in a general state of disrepair. Furthermore, the vast majority are against the building of an incinerator in Scotstoun. If elected I will do my best to work alongside Conservative colleagues to stand up for local services and fight on the behalf of my ward.
The Labour administration have been in control for very long time and there is no doubt that they have failed us. Services are constantly being reduced whilst the council tax has increased yet again. It is time for a change.
We need to use this election to send a clear message to Nicola Sturgeon that we don't need or want another referendum, and the only way to send that message is to vote for the Scottish Conservatives as your First choice on 4th May.
It will be a great honour for me to serve people of Garscadden & Scotstoun.
