She lives on Cherry Hinton Road and works at Cambridge University Press.
Over two decades of service as a councillor has earnt her a reputation for hard work — and for getting things done.
Amanda was an Executive Councillor when the Lib Dems ran the City Council, responsible for services from customer services to council property management. As a County Councillor she chaired the Cambridge Traffic Committee.
Amanda knows local politics is about everyday life. On both the City and County Councils, she consistently stood up for Queen Edith’s residents, making sure local voices are heard.
