Cameron Rose's policies
Statement to voters
Cameron Rose has spent his adult life in Edinburgh where he spent many years policing – followed by 15 years as a councillor.
Full statement
Married with five children he is an elder in a local church and leads a local project teaching English to newcomers to the UK.
On his move to Reform UK he says, “Welcoming the common sense policies of Reform UK in 2023, I was particularly drawn by its (then) lonely opposition to destructive Net Zero policies, its stand against ‘cancel culture’ and concerns about government overreach following covid.”
He brings a wealth of experience from his years of policing, public service and involvement in community life.
Oh, one more thing. In this uncertain world we have unwisely allowed our Armed Forces to fall to a dangerously low level. I passionately believe the Government’s first duty is to defend its people from foreign and domestic threats.
And so, on these and many other issues, I want to offer residents of Edinburgh South the pragmatic, common sense alternative which Reform UK provides. I have experience and local knowledge. Join me. Vote for sensible policies. Vote Reform UK.
